We are pleased to announce that Bandwidth Technologies International Limited and
its main operating subsidiary L-TEQ, have been acquired by OmniGlobe Networks. See

From
the 19th February 2008, the UK business of BTIG and L-TEQ will be
known as OmniGlobe’s International Satellite Communications division. We
will
continue, as we have now for 23 years, to provide the highest quality design,
assembly, installation and commissioning of VSAT systems and antennas in over 70
countries around the world.
Customer contracts will continue to be with L-TEQ Limited.
What
is new is that OmniGlobe’s satellite linked wireless broadband and satellite
linked wireless cellular services are now available through our UK
base for rural and remote communities throughout the Middle East and Africa.
